Are you an Aboriginal student at VIU? Have you filled out your Scholarship and Awards Profile on your student record? The deadline to apply is October 31, 2019. We are co-hosting a session today with Financial Aid and Awards 2-3:30pm in Bldg. 180 Room 256 on October 22, 2019.  We can guide you through this process. Hope to see you there!

Qualified and friendly faculty tutors are available for one-to-one consultations to provide assistance with any aspect of your writing, such as understanding the assignment, developing your thesis, structuring your essay, using and citing sources, grammar problems. NOTE: we don’t proofread your essay. That’s your job!

Volunteer tutors are community members who share their time and expertise with Vancouver Island University students who request extra help with their studies. If you're in ABE, 1st or 2nd year math studies, please come into Shq'apthut - A Gathering Place, and sign up for a lesson with our math tutor Lin Hammill.
